The founder of the school, Lary Speakman, has studied and tested under the only legitimate, living Grandmaster of Ninjutsu, Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi, for over 20 years and holds an 8 ^th Dan.

Shidoshi Choat, current head of the school under guidance of Shihan Moti Nativ, has been training in martial arts since 1980 and holds a Godan in Bujinkan Ninjutsu. He also holds a Shodan in a blend of Shotokan Karate, Jujitsu, and Kodokan Judo called Jukaido and a 3rd Kyu in Olympic Sport Judo. He served in the U. S. Army. He has a BBA in Computer Information Systems and is currently an Oracle Database Administrator.

Shidoshi Griffin began his martial arts training in 1974 and has been training in Bujinkan Ninjutsu since 1999. He has also studied and obtained at least Shodan rank in a number of other martial arts as well as a variety of military hand-to-hand combat methods. He has certified and continues to work as a Healing Touch practitioner. He cites a deep love and respect for the martial arts as well as a willingness to endure for his success and longevity in the martial arts.

Shidoshi-ho Cerda (inactive) has been a practitioner of the Bujinkan system since 1992 and has obtained Sandan as well as the Shidoshi-ho teaching license. He previously trained in Shotokan Karate and left with a green belt rank. Besides his continuos studies of Ninjutsu he has a degree in Graphic Design and is finishing his BFA in Advertising.

Shidoshi-ho Self (inactive) has been a practitioner of Bujinkan Ninjutsu since 1992. He is a Yondan. He served in the USAF. His professional work experience includes Information Security, speaking, and entrepreneurial ventures.

Shidoshi-ho Shiskowsky (inactive) has been training in Bujinkan Ninjutsu since 1992 and holds the rank of Nidan. Prior to his studies in the Bujinkan system he studied Karate. He has a degree in Graphic Design and is currently working in advertising.

Shidoshi-ho Doty (inactive) is the founder of Invision Health and Wellness Solutions LLC. An innovative and progressive organization specializing in Metabolic Typing, personal health education and fitness training, with a focus in longevity/anti aging, immune system improvement, disease prevention, functional exercise /fitness training, nutritional education, and treatment of heart disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity and all health related issues. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado. He is a Certified Metabolic Advisor through the Healthexcel Corporation. He is a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is a Specialist in Performance Nutrition through the International Sports and Science Association (ISSA), and a certified Level 1 Reboundologist through both the Vitally Yours Center for Cellular Health and The Institute of Cellular Health and Fitness™.

Shidoshi-ho Wolf (inactive) started in Bujinkan Ninjutsu in 1997 and holds the rank of Sandan. She has worked in the insurance industry for over 25 years as a Claims Service Representative. She is a single mother who raises Bonsai trees and brews meads for pleasure and competition. She volunteers at the Ft Collins W.O.L.F sanctuary and is a supporting member.

Kenny Sensei (inactive) has started in Bujinkan Ninjutsu in 1997. Before that he helped start a Tang Soo Do dojo in MI in the early 1990s. He has an Associates Degree in General Studies of studio recording, guitar, voice, Graphic Design and Fine Art. He started a local company in 1996 and won the 2001 Colorado Ethics in Business Award and was runner up for 2001 Denver Chamber of Commerce Small Business Award. He is a talented musician, song writer and leads a local band, "Xiren". The band was awarded best album of 2001 by RIFF Magazine and currently is a finalist in the 2002 WESTWORD Music Awards for best Rock/Pop Band music and has a song featured in a VW Cabriolet commercial. He tours nationally and plans on international touring in late 2002.

Cde Baca Sensei (inactive) started inBujinkan Ninjutsu in 1995 and is a Shodan. He has a black belt in Genwaki Karate and has studied Judo. His educational experience includes a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor Degree in Theology. He served in the USAF for four years. His professional work experience includes Airframe Repair, Nuclear Maintenance and in 1998 he started his own home repair / remodeling business. He is a part-time missionary and his plans are to eventually move into full-time work.

Vogel Sensei (R.I.P.) is married with two children and an adult step child, Pete Vogel was a practicing geologist for 30 years during this time he authored and co-authored a number of professional papers. He was a member of a nationally ranked Rugby team in the 70's and and Ironman qualifier in the 80's. Previous martial arts experience includes Judo, Kung Fu and Practical Pistol Shooting.
